netCustomer is a thought leader in providing advanced enterprise software support and services. netCustomer pioneered a unique support model to deliver application support to customers around the world leveraging a 24x7 center in India.

PeopleSoft selected netCustomer in 2001 to outsource some of its global support operations.  We designed and ran a 24x7 global support center to support PeopleSoft customers around the world.  Over the course of our PeopleSoft relationship of over 4 years, we delivered support across PeopleSoft product lines and extended to JD Edwards after PeopleSoft acquired it.  netCustomer support center resolved over 80,000 support requests from PeopleSoft and JD Edwards customers.

Our extended team includes PeopleSoft and JD Edwards alumni. We are now offering our unique support services directly to enterprise software customers so they can take advantage of our unique savings model that vendors have enjoyed for a long time.  Our pay-for-use model and cafeteria-style menu of services enable enterprise software customers to pick and choose what is right by their business.

We pride ourselves in delivering up to 75% savings in day-to-day technical operations so companies can spend more in innovation. By continually combining our passion and creative thinking with the best in technology, people, and methodology, we provide superior quality and cost-effective alternative to traditional support and services models.
