| Jan Zapapas |
|
Jan brings 30 years of diversified experience in engineering, operations,
consulting, finance, and information systems across software, professional
services, and manufacturing industries. Jan served as a member of
the Board of Directors at J. D. Edwards. She also held various senior
executive positions at J. D. Edwards including Senior Vice President
of Application Development, and Vice President of Worldwide Client
Services. As Senior Vice President of Application Development, Jan
was responsible for product management and development of all application
products, including financials, manufacturing, supply chain, and
human resources.
Jan holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue
University, W. Lafayette, Indiana and a Master's degree in Business
Administration from University of Colorado, Denver. |

| Idella Kercher |
|
Idella most recently served as Vice President of Customer
Advocacy at J. D. Edwards until its acquisition by PeopleSoft. Her
tenure at J. D. Edwards spanned over 27 years of service in several
customer-centric roles. Idella has extensive experience in
various leadership roles in areas such as customer service, accounting,
training, and marketing.
Idella brings deep customer knowledge and operations expertise in delivering
high quality support to global customers. She also served on
the board of the independent J. D. Edwards user group and chaired the
J. D. Edwards Foundation board. |

| Michael Sheppard |
|
Mike has over twenty-five years of experience in the software and consulting professions. He
last served as the Group Vice President, Asia Pacific and Japan for
J. D. Edwards. He was responsible for complete operations including
sales, marketing, services, localization, business operations, and
channel operations. Prior to J. D. Edwards, Mike worked with
Computer Guidance Corporation and FMI.
Mike holds a bachelor's degree with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa, from
the University of Oklahoma and a Master's degree in Management from
Duke University. |

Travis has previously served as Vice President of Marketing, EMEA and Vice President, Strategic Planning for J. D. Edwards. For the past 25 years, he has worked in the computing industry as a researcher, product planner, strategist, and marketer. |

| Gayle Sheppard |
|
Gayle has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in sales, marketing, services delivery, and general management at leading global companies. She most recently served as Vice President, BPO Strategy and Vice President/Managing Director, Western USA, PeopleSoft. During her tenure at PeopleSoft, Gayle led the BPO go-to-market strategy as a potential new line of business for PeopleSoft and restructuring western USA to become the top performing sales region.
Prior to working with PeopleSoft, Gayle served as President and CEO of Ketera Technologies and worked at J. D. Edwards for close to a decade. She held several executive positions at J. D. Edwards including Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Vice President and General Manager, Japan, and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific.
