| Punita Pandey |
| Chairman & CEO |
|
 Punita leads the vision, strategy and execution for netCustomer.
She saw a great new opportunity in combining the collaborative
power and ubiquitous reach of the Internet with around-the-clock
global delivery model to efficiently distribute complex
operations. Leveraging her experience in software development
and global consulting, Punita founded netCustomer in 1999.
Prior to founding netCustomer, Punita held various positions
at Healtheon/WebMD, Deloitte Consulting, Tandem Computers,
McDonnell Douglas, and Tata Consultancy Services.
Punita has been featured in leading media and publications
such as Business Week, Christian Science Monitor, C|NET,
BBC World, TechTV, NASDAQ Report, San Jose Mercury News,
San Francisco Chronicle, The Economic Times, The Times
of India and India Abroad. Punita is an avid industry spokesperson.
Her leadership was highlighted in a Stanford case study
on netCustomer. Punita holds a bachelor's degree with honors
in Electrical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India and
a master's degree in Business Administration from the Haas
School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. |

| Anup Pandey |
| Managing Director |
|
 Anup Pandey is the Managing Director of netCustomer India operations. Anup
has over twelve years of experience in the IT and outsourcing services
market. He brings extensive expertise in software development, business
process management and people management. Anup has been the founding
managing director of India operations since 1999. Prior to netCustomer,
he held various positions at PeopleSoft, Tandem Computers, and Ericsson
in the U.S.
Anup holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering
College, Nagpur and has done graduate coursework from Santa Clara University
in Santa Clara, California. |

| Rajesh Shah |

 Rajesh Shah is the General Manager of Finance & Accounts of netCustomer
India. Rajesh has over twenty years of experience in accounting and corporate
finance functions of various large companies. Prior to joining netCustomer,
Rajesh held various positions in Nucleus Software, Grofed, and Tulip.
Rajesh is a qualified company secretary. He holds a bachelor's degree
in commerce from Delhi University. |

| Nalin Pandey |

Technology & Operations |

 Nalin Pandey is the Vice President of Technology & Operations. Nalin
brings extensive experience in engineering, global operations and strategic
consulting as a co-founder of netCustomer. Prior to founding netCustomer,
Nalin held various positions at Asea Brown Boveri and Cannon Associates,
now part of AT Kearney/EDS. Nalin works closely with leading companies
to deliver the true benefits of global services delivery model in real-time,
highly complex, production support environments. His contribution in establishing
netCustomer as an innovative global business was highlighted in a Stanford
case study on netCustomer.
Nalin holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Stern
Graduate School of Business, New York University and a bachelor's degree
in Electrical Engineering from REC, Nagpur, India. |
