a case on netCustomer highlighting our innovative global
delivery model. netCustomer case is taught at the Stanford
Business School and at several leading universities in the
U.S. and India . This case was written in our early days,
when our global model was in the initial stages of evolution.
Stanford students have since written a follow-on case that
reflects our evolution to advanced services model highlighting
enterprise applications support and services.
