White House Forum on Modernizing Government

netCustomer CEO, Punita Pandey, was honored and delighted to participate in a White House forum on Modernizing Government on January 14, 2010.  The event was designed to harness creativity and technological innovation to make government work better and make it more user-friendly. 

President Obama gave opening remarks before the executives and officials worked in breakout sessions on topics including transforming customer service, streamlining government operations, and managing the return on technology investments. netCustomer participated in a breakout session called Transforming Customer Service.
